Do you accept evaluation reports from other centers?

Yes, IF we determine the report contains sufficient information to begin services. IF the evaluation is older than 6 months or close to it, we require a new evaluation.

Do you take insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurances. Please contact your insurance regarding benefits for out-of-network providers. We may provide a monthly “superbill” for reimbursement purposes upon client’s request. We are approved providers for Step-Up program (UA-Unique abilities) and accept HSA/FSA. We do not process insurance claims nor communicate with insurance companies.

Depending on our scheduling availability and your location. Out-of-office appointments are typically morning appointments. Most of our appointments take place in-office. For out-of-office sessions, please contact us directly.

What do I do before my evaluation appointment?

Please plan to arrive on time. Evaluation will take approximately one hour. Please fill out NEW client intake forms at least one day prior to your scheduled date. This helps us prepare for your appointment and we can maximize our time together.

Am I allowed in the room during the evaluation?

Yes. Parent or caregiver report and caregiver-client interactions are an important aspect of the evaluation process, especially for the younger child. Parent may stay in the evaluation as needed.

Am I allowed in the room during the therapy sessions?

Yes. Parent coaching is key in our practice. Parents are provided, after each session, with a review and/or follow up activities or strategies. Parents will be faded out of the therapy room as sessions progress and re-invited as needed for ongoing education.
